Manufactured by Anton Schneider, this authentic, 30-hour cuckoo clock was hand-crafted and hand-carved in the Black Forest region of Germany. The cuckoo bird calls out, to count the hour; and calls out once on the half hour. Chalet, black forest house set in a forest scenery. The deer (on the right) moves and jumps, as the cuckoo calls. There is also a stationary browsing deer and squirrel. Clock has a wooden dial, wooden hands, and a wooden cuckoo bird. There is a silencing lever on the left side of the clock, to silence the clock at night.
